Team Building

There are no questions that a cohesive team performs well and delivers better results. What would be the right answer for the manager or human resource professional that is looking for a team building experience? While traditional exercises such as rope courses well known to provide bonding for the participants, most of the participants are still take upon themselves the familiar role within the team they usually play. Equine-facilitated team building is different due to the living and breathing sentinels (horses) that participate in the exercises challenging the established structures and roles of individuals in the group by providing immediate feedback to the team.  

While it is challenging to describe the "magic" that the horses create during the team building exercises, there is no one remains untouched by the wisdom of these powerful animals. Horses respond to energetic fields that humans create within the bonded (or not) group affecting horses' behavior in the humans' presence.
